Pwagu is a desktop assistant that listens to your calls, reads your screen, and gives you answers in real time. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

The short version: we collect the little we need to run your account and process payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not store recordings of your audio or screen.

We do not keep recordings of your audio or your screen. When you listen, audio streams straight to our transcription provider for that moment and is not saved by us. When Pwagu reads your screen, the capture is used to generate an answer and is not stored on our servers.

How we use your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Pwagu. They only receive what they need to do their job. In plain terms, that means:

These providers act on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and we share only the minimum needed. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Keeping your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard at dashboard.pwagu.com, which removes your profile, devices, and usage records. Payment records may be kept where the law requires us to keep them.

Security

Your connection to Pwagu is encrypted. Provider keys stay on our servers and never ship inside the app. Your device signing key stays on your machine and cannot be copied off it.

M-Pesa

Pwagu is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Safaricom PLC. M-Pesa is offered only as a way to pay. Your payment is handled by Safaricom under their own terms.
