These terms are the agreement between you and Pwagu when you use the app or the website. By using Pwagu, you agree to them. We have kept them readable on purpose.

What Pwagu is

Pwagu is a desktop assistant that listens to audio you choose to share, reads your screen when you ask it to, and gives you AI generated answers. The answers are suggestions. You decide what to do with them.

Your account and devices

• You need an account to use Pwagu. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it.
• Each plan allows a set number of devices. Free and Personal allow one device, Pro allows two. Sharing one account across more devices than your plan allows is not permitted.
• You may move your license to a new device once on your own from the app. Further changes are handled by support.

Using Pwagu responsibly

You are responsible for how you use Pwagu and for following the rules of any platform, employer, school, or exam you use it with. Some settings do not allow assistance tools, and it is your job to know and respect those rules. Do not use Pwagu for anything unlawful.

Payments

Pwagu is prepaid. You buy a set period of access with M-Pesa.

• Personal is KES 1,500 per week or KES 5,000 per month. Pro is KES 8,000 per month. Free costs nothing.
• There is no auto renew. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to top up.
• Your paid access lasts for the period you bought. When it lapses, your account returns to the Free plan automatically.
• If you top up early, the new time is added on top of the time you have left. You never lose paid days.
• Because access is prepaid and delivered instantly, paid periods are non-refundable once started, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment is taken but your plan does not activate, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Fair use

Paid plans are for normal personal use by one person. We may step in if usage looks automated, abusive, or shared in a way that is not allowed by your plan.

Service and availability

We work to keep Pwagu running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Pwagu is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using it, and any outcome that depends on an answer Pwagu gives is your responsibility.

Ending your access

You can stop using Pwagu at any time and delete your account from dashboard.pwagu.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

M-Pesa

Pwagu is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Safaricom PLC. M-Pesa is offered only as a way to pay, and your payment is handled by Safaricom under their own terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will note it here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions? Email chaamce@gmail.com.
